Partner institution’s coordinators notify MSUBS International Office of a student’s intent to apply (make a nomination). Individual applications are accepted only from students of non-partner universities (free movers). A student completes the application documents and sends to the exchange programme coordinator. MSUBS’s International Office sends a Letter of Acceptance to the student’s home institution. The MSUBS International Office also applies for an official Letter of Invitation from the necessary regulatory bodies (Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russian Federation). When the Letter of Invitation is ready, the MSUBS International Office notifies the student and their home institution. Please note that it takes about 30 working days to issue the Letter of Invitation. The student then applies for a visa at the Russian embassy/consulate in their relevant country of residence.
